We have a carefully developed, strict hygiene concept that will be implemented at all of our venues in order to protect all concert guests, orchestra musicians and staff. You can find all the information you need about your concert visit below. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have had to make some adjustments to allow the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn to return to the stage and perform concerts again. Changes or even cancellations at short notice due to a change in the infection rate, even during the current season, cannot be ruled out. Please therefore always check in advance with the TKK Ticket Office or on our website at beethoven-orchester.de for the latest information, or simply subscribe to our e-mail newsletter.
The Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of NRW can be found here.
As the event organizer, we are require to maintain a list of participants in order to be able to track the chain of infection in the event of any suspected cases. We therefore kindly request that you provide your name, address and telephone number when buying tickets. Please also enter the personal details of any other members of your party if you are also buying tickets for others. Please download the following PDF form before the concert and show it together with your ticket at the entrance. Alternatively, you may also enter visitor data digitally via the www.anmeldung.nrw platform. The list of participants is stored in accordance with the data protection principles of Section 5 GDPR and will be deleted after four weeks or upon expiry of the North Rhine-Westphalian Corona Protection Ordinance (Corona-Schutz-Verordnung NRW). Unfortunately we are unable to admit you to the concert if you do not consent to the visitor registration.
Due to the current hygiene and protection ordinance, there is a significantly lower number of places available until further notice. We therefore kindly ask you to choose your seating according to your personal requirements. At venues with tickets with seat numbers, guests coming alone should book a single seat and couples may book two seats next to each other. If you select seats based on a pre-defined space offer and the adjacent neighbouring seats remain empty, we reserve the right to give these seats to other visitors. In the event that the seat next to you is occupied by someone outside off your party or household, please contact the admission staff. We will attempt to provide you with another free seat at the venue. Our admission staff will assign you your seats at those venues with free seating.
An entrance and guidance system will be introduced at all of the venues in order to ensure that visitors can maintain the appropriate social distance (at least 1.5 m) from people outside of their party or household. We kindly ask that you take your seats as quickly as possible.
Medical Face masks should be worn inside the building (also during the concert).
Please pay attention to hand hygiene, as well as coughing and sneezing etiquette. The hygiene rules are posted on signs in the building. Hand sanitizer is available both in the entrance lobby and in the toilets. All of the venues are carefully cleaned and disinfected. Please only attend our concerts if you and the members of your household currently do not have any symptoms (please refer to www.rki.de) associated with COVID-19. As the organizer, we are continuously being informed about all the latest administrative orders being issued by the authorities. By consistently implementing its strict hygiene concept, the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn contributes to the protection of all visitors and staff. It is therefore imperative that you follow the instructions of the admission staff.
